You can delete your account directly in the Pickfc app at any time using the steps below.
1. Delete your account in the app
Follow these steps in Pickfc:
- Open the Pickfc app and sign in to your account.
- Select Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt to permanently remove your account.
This is the fastest way to delete your account because it verifies ownership immediately.
2. What data is deleted
When your Pickfc account is deleted, we remove the core account data tied to your profile, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Password credentials
Associated device and messaging identifiers (such as push notification tokens, including FCM tokens) and advertising-related identifiers may also be removed as part of account cleanup.
Deletion requests are typically processed quickly, but it may take up to 24 hours before your account is fully removed.
3. Need help accessing your account?
If you cannot sign in to the app, contact us at support@pickfc.com and we will help you recover access so you can complete in-app deletion.
Support-assisted account actions may require identity verification. Once deletion is confirmed, full account removal can take up to 24 hours.
